// We build software.
We make it ship.

QualiArk is a software studio and quality-engineering company. We design and ship our own products, and we help engineering teams turn brittle release processes into calm, predictable systems.

Two disciplines, one company: product craft and release discipline, from the same team.

§01 / about

Most software isn't broken because engineers don't care. It's broken because nobody owns the seams — between design and code, code and release, "works on my machine" and "works in production."

QualiArk was founded to sit in that gap. Half of our time goes into building our own studio products. The other half goes into other companies' release pipelines — the ones everybody has quietly given up on. Both practices sharpen each other.

§02/ services

What QualiArk does.

[01]

Product Studio.

We design and ship independent apps and small SaaS tools under the QualiArk name. Consumer, engineering, tooling — end-to-end, from concept to release.
[02]

Quality Engineering.

QA strategy, test automation, release readiness, and fractional leadership. Embedded engagements for teams that need to ship without guessing.
[03]

Release Systems.

We design the seams — the handoffs between product, engineering, release, and production — into systems your team can run without us.
§03/ principles

Six things we won't bend on.

01

Small over impressive.

One thing done well beats five in progress. A boring product that works beats a beautiful one that doesn't.

02

No jargon tax.

If a plan can't be explained to a non-technical founder in five minutes, it isn't a plan.

03

Automation earns its keep.

Every test suite has a cost. If it doesn't catch real bugs or unblock releases, we cut it.

04

Real problems, not vibes.

We start from something breaking in production — not from a slide deck of 'opportunities.'

05

Leave the room cleaner.

When we roll off, your team ships better without us. Never dependency, always ownership.

06

Say the awkward thing.

Most QA problems are org problems in a costume. We name that early, kindly, on the record.

Couples App

A private, calm space for two people. Not a productivity tool. Not a chat app. Something quieter.

Release-day Tools

A small suite of utilities that make release day boring — on purpose. Aimed at teams of 5–30 engineers.

Field Notes

Short public writing on quality, releases, and what actually breaks in production. Written in-house.

§05 / contact

Staring at a release
you don't trust?
We should talk.
